The Nomad Visa debit card (“Nomad Visa Debit Card”) is issued by Community Federal Savings Bank (“Bank”), Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Nomad Fintech is a program manager for the Nomad Visa Debit Card, and is solely responsible for providing customer service to you on the Bank’s behalf for the Nomad Visa Debit Card and the associated U.S. demand deposit account. The Bank has no association to any other services offered by Nomad Fintech.

The Nomad Visa Debit Card requires identity verification by both Nomad Fintech and the Bank. Fund availability in the U.S. demand deposit account depends on the timing of your payment instructions and may be subject to fraud prevention restrictions. Therefore, transfer times may vary.

Funds loaded in Brazilian reais are not held by the Bank until they are converted into U.S. dollars by Nomad Fintech and transferred to the Bank. The Bank, as a FDIC Member, provides you with FDIC insurance coverage for funds in the U.S. demand deposit account, up to US$250,000 per depositor, per ownership category, per insured depository institution. For more information about FDIC insurance, please visit www.FDIC.gov. You are responsible for managing your total assets across all banks within the FDIC program to ensure you remain within coverage limits.

Your U.S. dollar balances may be held at the Bank or placed by the Bank at one or more FDIC insured depository institutions listed at https://www.cfsb.com/fdic/ (“network banks”). The list of network banks is subject to change from time to time. Your U.S. dollar balances held at the Bank, together with any other deposits you maintain at the Bank, are insured up to US$ 250,000 in the aggregate and, similarly, your U.S. dollar balances placed at a network bank, together with any  other deposits you maintain at that network bank, are insured up to US$ 250,000 in the aggregate in the event that institution fails. Actual insured amounts may be lower or affected by any balances you separately hold at a network bank.

The investment services available on the Nomad Global platform  are offered to investors resident, domiciled or incorporated in the Federative Republic of Brazil through Global Investment Services Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda. Global DTVM is a securities dealership firm duly authorized to operate by the Brazilian Central Bank (Banco Central do Brasil – “BCB”) and registered as a member of the Brazilian securities distribution system with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – “CVM”).
