How do we collect your personal data?

Nomad collects your personal data when:

  1. You provide us directly through registrations, fill outs, contractings, or when you express interest in our products and services, among others;
  2. We provide our services or products to you - or when you interact with us via the internet, channels, establishments, centers or other service locations;
  3. We receive from third-party partners, suppliers, service providers.

What data do we use?

Register Data, such as:

  1. Name, date of birth, gender, ID number, driver's license and personal photo;
  2. Telephones numbers;
  3. Email address;
  4. Nationality and/or place of birth;

Sensitive Personal Data:

  1. Biometric data, including facial and/or digital biometrics;

The Nomad Group process personal data in accordance with the legal bases set forth in the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other laws applicable to the business, for purposes related to the performance of Nomad's activities, such as:

Does Nomad carry out international data transfers?

Your Personal Data may be transferred and processed in other countries, in accordance with the hypotheses set out in the LGPD and other applicable international legislation, for the purposes set out in our Privacy and Data Protection Policy, such as:

How long does Nomad keep your personal data?

The period for which Nomad keeps the collected Personal Data depends on the purpose and nature of the data processing.

The Nomad Visa Debit Card is issued by Community Federal Savings Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.

The timely availability of resources is dependent on how timely the instructions of payment were done by the client and restrictions can be applied in regard to the prevention of fraud. As such, the availability of resources may vary from a transfer period to another. The coverage of FDIC insurance is limited to USD 250,000 per depositor, per ownership category, per banking institution and the bank providing such coverage is Community Federal Savings Bank, Member FDIC.
